High-Performance Coaching and Training Services Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions for participation in the High-Performance Coaching and Training services provided by MEIER HEALTHCARE (“Company”). By registering for the services (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the Program.
1. Services and Participation
- Scope: Upon full payment, the Client receives access to High-Performance Coaching and Training services, which may include individual coaching, group training, and proprietary tools and methods ("The Works") aimed at improving personal and professional performance.
- Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to participate actively, attend all sessions, and implement the guidance provided. The success of the Program depends on the Client's commitment and effort.
2. Ownership and Use of Materials
- The Works, including any materials provided, remain the exclusive property of MEIER HEALTHCARE. The Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use these materials for personal use. Sharing or reproducing The Works for third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Fees and Payment
- Program Fee: The Client agrees to pay the full program fee before the Program begins. Payment covers all specified services described in the Program description.
- Refund Policy: The Client is eligible for a full refund if they request it within 24 hours after completing their first coaching or training session. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation:The Client may cancel their participation in the Program with written notice before the Program starts. Cancellations after the Program starts will not be refunded, except as specified in the refund policy.
- Rescheduling: The Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling any session. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited
5. Conduct and Professionalism
- The Client agrees to maintain professionalism during all interactions with MEIER HEALTHCARE and other participants. Rude or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination from the Program without refund.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantee of Results: MEIER HEALTHCARE makes no promises or guarantees about the Client's success in the Program. Results depend on the Client’s dedication and external factors beyond the Company’s control.
- Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MEIER HEALTHCARE and its agents from any claims arising out of the use of the Program, including but not limited to any outcomes related to personal or professional performance.
7. Confidentiality and Feedback Authorization
- Confidentiality: MEIER HEALTHCARE will keep all personal information shared by the Client during coaching sessions confidential. This does not extend to publicly available information or disclosures required by law.
- Feedback Authorization: By joining the Program, the Client authorizes MEIER HEALTHCARE to use any written or video-recorded feedback provided by the Client regarding MEIER HEALTHCARE's products and services. This feedback may be used by MEIER HEALTHCARE for purposes of improving products and services, as well as for social proof in marketing campaigns, including but not limited to website testimonials, advertisements, and promotional materials. The Client acknowledges that they will not be entitled to any compensation for such usage.
8. Virtual Sessions and Recordings
- Recording by MEIER HEALTHCARE: Virtual High-Performance Coaching and Training sessions may be recorded by MEIER HEALTHCARE for internal use, such as quality assurance, staff training, and program development.
- Client Access to Recordings: Recordings of sessions may be provided to the Client if this is specified as part of the Program. If recordings are included in the Program, the Client will be granted access to the recordings for their personal use only, subject to the same terms of confidentiality and non-distribution outlined in this Agreement.
- Client Restrictions on Recording: The Client is not permitted to record, duplicate, or distribute any part of the sessions without prior written consent from MEIER HEALTHCARE. Any unauthorized recording or distribution of session content may result in termination from the Program without a refund and may involve legal action to protect MEIER HEALTHCARE’s intellectual property.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in [Bern, Switzerland]. Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in [Bern, Switzerland].

10. Entire Agreement and Severability
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between MEIER HEALTHCARE and the Client regarding High-Performance Coaching and Training services. If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect
